SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

Shipments in Italy and abroad are made by DHL courier.

Shipping to Italy costs € 7 and is free for orders over € 100.

Shipping to countries belonging to the European Union has a cost of € 12.00 and is free for orders over € 250. There may be exceptions relating to shipping costs in the case of remote locations.

Shipping to European countries outside the European Union and the rest of the world has a variable cost depending on the destination areas between € 25.00 to € 50.00 and is free for orders over € 400.

 

Orders are shipped from bon-bon-collection.com after confirming the availability of the goods and verifying the payment.

Estimated delivery times: 2-3 working days in Italy, 2-5 working days in Europe, 3-7 working days in the rest of the world.

For the Same Day Delivery service to Rome, a local pony express service will be used.

It is possible to request the SAME DAY DELIVERY service for the city of Rome, the service is free and is active from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. The order must be sent by 10am.

Orders are managed by Bon Bon from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

 

Customs fees

In the case of orders with destination outside the EU, any customs and tax obligations, including any payment of duties and charges to which the shipment is subject, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchange

 

If the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he must promptly notify Bon Bon by sending an email to alessandra@bon-bon-collection.com and requesting the replacement with one or more items whose total cost is equal to or greater than the value of the returned items. . The Customer can return unworn items no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

The shipping costs related to the exchange are charged to the customer, unless the wrong item has been sent.

 

Exchange instructions

Write an email to alessandra@bon-bon-collection.com indicating:

- order number

- detail of the articles you want to make and motivation.

- detail of items that you want to receive as a replacement.

A return authorization email will be sent with shipping instructions. In case of non-receipt of the email, check the spam box.

 

Returns

 

If the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return the unworn items, intact, including the original packaging received.

Bon Bon, once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, will issue a voucher valid for 6 months, equal to the amount of the goods excluding shipping costs. The voucher can be used online.

It is possible to request a refund in the case of products that do not conform to the order placed or that have manufacturing defects.

The return shipment must take place no later than 14 days from receipt.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer, unless the wrong or non-compliant item has been sent.

Return instructions

The return must be sent with traceable shipping to be communicated promptly via email to Bon Bon.

Refunds

 

The refund will be made after the returned products have been received and their total integrity will be checked. The refund will not include shipping costs.

The refund will be made on the devices chosen for the payment of the order, Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. The return management times will be within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

 

Terms and Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

 

Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each product must be returned including the original packaging received. The original box is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the items themselves, it must not be damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.

Returns that show signs of use or have not been authorized by Bon Bon because they do not comply with the conditions provided, will be refused and returned to the Customer at the original shipping address.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
